Every commercial relocation is different which is why we offer a flexible service adapted to the needs of you and your business. We will work closely with you every step of the way to ensure that your project is carried out quickly, efficiently and with minimal disruption to your business.  We will attend regular site meetings to discuss each stage of the relocation project.

Our service will include:

Phase One

  • Initial Meeting to discuss the move (when, where, number of people, amount of equipment, IT, any special requirements) and timescales involved.
  • Carry out risk assessment and survey existing office space.
  • Survey existing premises and items to be moved.
  • Assess number and types of crates/packing materials required.
  • Discuss new office space and arrange to carry out risk assessment and site survey.
  • Preparation of proposed removal programme and quotation.

Phase Two

  • Help with marking up new workplace plans.
  • Develop detailed move programme and timetable.
  • Deliver crates and packing materials.
  • Provide advice on labelling and packing (including memo to all staff if required).

Phase Three

  • Ensure security/access arrangements have been made.
  • Move commences - Quest Office Services works closely with client to ensure everything goes according to detailed plan.
  • Office furniture installation
  • Crates and packaging material collected.
  • Final sign-off.
